I'd like everyone to take the time to answer a few questions for the community. A way for us to know a bit about you. I'll post the questions and start with being the first person. All community members may feel free to come in and post when they are ready.

2) How did you find Realm Of Mystics?Well, I'm the Admin. I formed the community.
3) Do you follow any certain path (Religion,Pagan Path, or Ancient Religion?I follow the Path of a Seer. My religion is Bapstist.

9) What do you hope to gain from being a member of Realm Of Mystics?I hope to have a community which grows in knowledge and is willing to teach and learn from each other. No one way is the TRUE way unless it is TRUE TO YOU.
10) What would you be most able to contribute to the community?As the Forum admin. I will set up the forum in the best way the fits the community not one single person. I will advertise the forum to bring in new members and encourage the member to become active in the forum and not just readers. I will choose moderators,teachers and hosts. I will settle any disputes amoung members and not members themselves. This will keep the forum a friendly and family like forum

1) Is there a story behind your user I.D./screen name? Its a craft name I"ve thought of and it means butterfly, but I don't think I"m gorna keep it as my real name.
2) How did you find Realm Of Mystics? from Mystic Wicks
3) Do you follow any certain path (Religion,Pagan Path, or Ancient Religion? I was atheist, then agnostic, then baptised Christian summer 2004 but consider myself Christo Pagan.
4) Do you enjoy starting discussion or replying to them? both
5) Are you interested in becoming a teacher or host on the forum if asked? I don't think I know enough yet for that to do it anyway
6) Do you have a spirit Guide or Animal Guide you identify with the most? I like deer and butterflies.
7) Do you cast spells? I send energy and do prayers, which kinda counts. I do grounding and sheidling. I am not at the stage to do spells yet. I want to connect with elements etc first.
8) If you could sum up yourself with ONE WORD what would it be? unique
9) What do you hope to gain from being a member of Realm Of Mystics? meet people and learn
10) What would you be most able to contribute to the community? different points of view, questions for what I"d like to learn, my thoughts on history and current events

I've found that I make more posts to already ongoing topics, rather than begining alot of threads.

3) Do you follow any certain path (Religion,Pagan Path, or Ancient Religion? I am Christian, but I am open to many things most fundamentalist are not. I have been all over the spectrum within Christianity and have finally found a place that allows for my curiousity and stills "fits" with my main beliefs.
4) Do you enjoy starting discussion or replying to them? I don't mind. Usually I have foot-in-mouth disorder, so I tend to say things that end up being arguing points and not mean it at all...
5) Are you interested in becoming a teacher or host on the forum if asked? I don't know if I could. That takes someone who isn't chewing on their toes pretty regularly, doesn't it?
6) Do you have a spirit Guide or Animal Guide you identify with the most? Cats and Elephants
7) Do you cast spells? Yes and meditate
8) If you could sum up yourself with ONE WORD what would it be? Multidementional... uh I mean, Multidimentional ;)
9) What do you hope to gain from being a member of Realm Of Mystics? I have a great deal of business experience... perhaps that?
10) What would you be most able to contribute to the community? I am not sure. I have a great deal of life experience (not all great experiences, but hey), but I am not one to coddle those with no real intention of bettering their situation. |

Hello Autumn I did not abandon the forum as you may have thought. I just went away for the winter months. I've returned from my journey.
Here's my input:
1) Is there a story behind your user I.D./screen name? I would like to think I'm apart of the solution then apart of the problem.

4) Do you enjoy starting discussion or replying to them? I enjoy both you should know that by now Autumn. I think a community is only strong when you get a balance of both.
5) Are you interested in becoming a teacher or host on the forum if asked? I would do my best to host any area you wish. I'll leave the classes up to those who have more time then I.
6) Do you have a spirit Guide or Animal Guide you identify with the most? I identify with one thing Dragons.
7) Do you cast spells? I would prefer to call them incantations. Which I'd like to comment on your new ROM incantation area I will be happy to supply you with some of my own.

I found it on MysticWicks when browsing, I though I would just look it up as I have heard the name being mentioned a few times

Not really, I have my own veiws on Religion and the Divine, and just my way of following them really. Some of my views are similar to other paths. I suppose I could just describe myself as a general Pagan, really.

If it was between the both, I would prefer replying to discussions

If someone sees that I have something useful to contribute to this forum, then so be it.

I just joined today. I always have a hard time with intros so you can imagine how pleased I am to find the quiz here. Makes it so much easier to figure out what to say. :')

Due to serious health issues for both myself and my husband and thre (yes three) computers dying I lost contact with the pagan cyber community. In the past week I have been slowly reaching out and feeling my way back once more into the pagan online world. It is like I am starting over, making new beginnings thus the name newmoons

When I come upon something that sparks my interest I have no problem in starting a discussion on it or replying to somebody else's post, but I won't post just to babble or to stir up a hornets nest. You might not hear from me for 3 or 4 weeks and then have 20 posts over two or three days depending on what I am reading at the time and how well I do or do not understand what it is I am reading.

If I were confident of the matterial I would be more then happy to help
