Who is the main character in your dream. Is it you or someone else?
What is happening in the dream are you running, afraid, talking with someone, looking for something?
Where does the dream take place. Is it a place you know or is it unfamiliar to you. Are you in another country?
Why is this happening, what are you feeling happy, sad, scared, nervous?
When time frame, is it a past event, present or future?

I am the main character. I am speaking with a buddy of mine, while walking in the halls of my old middle school. I end up in band class, and see another old friend. She is playing a saxophone, but she played the flute in middle and high school. The time frame was in the present, but it was set in a past kind of situation. As in, we were our current age, but placed in a middle school. There is quite a bit more to the dream, but I figured keeping it simple with the main points would be best. |

This is a dream that I had years ago, over and over when I was a child:
Main Character: myself and my mother
Happening: my mother got sick from licking a stove grill, there was a casket in the living room of my granparents cottage with the head area open from the side, she was still alive and I was putting all of my stuff toys inside crying while she consoled me
Take Place: grandparents cottage, in the living room
Feeling: very sad, crying, confused, pleading for her not to go
Time Frame: when this dream occured it was present, but the dream still is in my head today, clearly
This dream shows symbolic images. Your mind has pieced together things in your childhood. These things were of importance to you then as a child but with such a young mind you have pieced together events so you would remember them. Key words to ask about Mom getting sick, having to put all her toys away crying about it. You might of had to get rid of them for some reason. |

Now from these answers. Look at the dream as a whole How does it start out, what happens in the middle and finaly the end result of the dream.
Is this something you were hoping would happen? But, the relationship ended. Maybe you're nervous about starting a new relationship with your ex. (as Friends) |
