Posted - August 26 2005 : 23:04:58 Automatic writing can be utilized as a sort of free-range Ouija board, as autumnclair said, asking questions and getting answers, but as for myself, I usually don't begin with a particular query, with any particular motive, other than receiving a celestial message.
Unfortunately, due to a computer mishap, I lost most of my writings, however, there is one which I remember clearly for it's rhyme.
If the Thread should string along On into the flame Then pray the world rejoice in song Harmony soon to reign
But if the Thread is thus cut short The world would do to mourn For by misery will be distort The world of passing born
Soft! Should the Angel fall The burn with ne'er light The Thread will wither in the pall Man cast into ne'erending night
I will try and post more in the near future.
Oh, and before I forget, the more you have to work with, to express yourself with, the easier it will be. Thus, I recommend broadening your vocabulary, even if it is already quite vast. It is likely that there are other words and terms you may not know yet that in and of themselves express a concept that might take many other words to express, and the meaning of a message will come through better the wider your personal dictionary/thesaurus.

Posted - December 20 2005 : 09:39:59 This reminds me a bit about the movie Finding Forrestor. He starts typing without thinking what he's writing and soon he had a book. So I thought I'd like to try this for a new years new activity. I'll let you know how it goes. |
